We are proactive, know who our buyers are and what their preferred development model is and we contact them and do not wait for the buyer to see an internet advertised property and then have to contact us. This approach means there are NO MARKETING COSTS for our property clients who sell with us. The cost saving to our Sellers can be huge and between $15,000 and $50,000 dollars.
There are professionals within our business network to advise on almost all aspects of property buying, selling and development, whether it be property specialist lawyers, experienced and well-connected town planners, civil engineers skilled in planning matters, property valuers, traffic management specialists, skilled professional photographers, maintenance contractors, handymen, etc, etc.
